in the florentine house of Silvia

Start with a visit to S.Lorenzo the local food market; then Silvia will drive you home and you'll attend an hands-on class preparing a complete meal: starter, pasta dish, meat (or fish) with side dish and dessert.
When ready, guests sit for degustation.
